As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs less than a third of a like-for-like replacement and the machine is under about eight years old, repairing is usually the better value. We’ll tell you honestly if a machine isn’t worth saving — we’d rather keep your trust than sell you a pointless repair.

We keep same and next-day slots open wherever possible, seven days a week. The earlier in the day you call, the better the chance of being seen today.

Yes — we’re members of the Institute of White Goods Engineers and work to its professional standards. We’re not Gas Safe registered, so gas connection work isn’t something we do — we fix the electrical side of gas cookers and hobs (ignition, controls, elements) directly, and point you to a Gas Safe registered engineer we work with for anything that needs one.
