Choose your appliance

Pick the appliance below and we’ll show you exactly what we fix, the signs to look out for, and how the process works.

How it works

From broken to fixed in three steps

STEP 01Call and describe the faultTell us the appliance, the make and what it’s doing. We can often narrow the fault down on the phone and bring the right part with us.
STEP 02We arrive with the sparesYou get a time slot that works around your day, and an engineer who carries the common parts for your machine on the van.
STEP 03Price agreed, then fixedWe diagnose, tell you what it costs, and only proceed once you’ve said yes. Most repairs are completed on the same visit.
Why We Fix White Goods

An engineer who turns up, and a price you agree first

We’re a local independent repair business, not a national call centre. You speak to the engineer who will be standing in your kitchen — and you know the cost before any work starts.

Price agreed upfrontYou hear the cost after diagnosis and before any work begins. Nothing gets added afterwards.
Qualified engineersMembers of the Institute of White Goods Engineers, working to its professional standards.
5-star Google ratingRated five stars by Essex homeowners for turning up, being straight and getting it fixed.
Spares on the vanWe carry the parts that fail most often, so the majority of repairs are done in one visit.

Common questions

Appliance repairs — before you book

Washing machines, fridges, freezers, fridge freezers, dishwashers, ovens, cookers, tumble dryers and hobs — electric, gas and ceramic. If you’re not sure whether we cover it, just call and ask.
Call us and we’ll explain exactly how the charge works for your appliance and area before you commit to anything. You’ll always know the cost before we start work — no surprise invoices.
As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs less than a third of a like-for-like replacement and the appliance is under about eight years old, repairing is usually the better value. We’ll tell you honestly if something isn’t worth saving.
We keep same and next-day slots open wherever possible, seven days a week. The earlier in the day you call, the better the chance of being seen today.
We work on all major domestic brands including Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Miele, Samsung, LG, Hotpoint, Beko, Indesit, Smeg, AEG and Zanussi — plus most others. Tell us the make, model and fault when you call and we’ll bring the likely spares with us.
Yes. Built-in washing machines, integrated dishwashers, built-under double ovens and American-style fridge freezers are all routine work for us.
Yes — we’re members of the Institute of White Goods Engineers and work to its professional standards. We’re not Gas Safe registered, so gas connection work isn’t something we do — we fix the electrical side of gas cookers and hobs (ignition, controls, elements) directly, and point you to a Gas Safe registered engineer we work with for anything that needs one.

Whatever’s broken, we can probably fix it.

Call and speak to an engineer directly — no call centre, no scripts. We’ll diagnose the fault over the phone where we can and book you the earliest slot available.
