He was great from start to finish — he understood exactly what the problem was just from speaking to me on the phone and even said they carried the part needed on the van. When he arrived, he got straight to work and had the washing machine fixed and back up and running within about 30 minutes. Really efficient, knowledgeable and straightforward service.
